What we collect
- Your email address.
- The date and time you joined.
- Which page you joined from (for example, the home page or the Founding Batch page), and the name of any link campaign that brought you here.
- A record that you ticked the consent box, and the version of the wording you agreed to.
We don’t ask for your name, address or payment details to join the waitlist.
How we use it
We use your email address to tell you when the Founding Batch opens, to give you early access before orders open to everyone, and to send a small number of notes about Slow State before then.
Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations for marketing emails). You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
Waitlist sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet in a Google account owned and controlled by Harmony Living Ltd. Only people at Harmony Living Ltd who need it can open the Sheet. Google provides the service that stores it, and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
If we later move the list to an email service to send our updates, we’ll update this notice and name that service here.
We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you do neither, we’ll delete them no later than 12 months after the Founding Batch closes, unless you become a customer.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site itself.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to us at [email protected].
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
